CYR Athlete Awards Dinner
Coaches/ Volunteers and Athletes,
We are pleased to announce that the CYR athlete awards dinner will once again be held at Temple Br'ith Kodesh on Saturday, December 4th.
Please find attached the nomination forms for your athletes. These need to be completed and returned to the office by the beginning of November (Friday November, 5th)
As always, spots will be given to clubs on a first come, first serve basis until we reach our maximum of 220.
Ticket price person is $12.50 with each club receiving two complimentary tickets.
In conjunction with the Volunteer Recognition committee we will be adding some new additions to this year's event. We hope to see you there!
